I first came to Hawai'i in 1990 and fell in love with the beauty and tranquility of the Big Island, the people, their Aloha Spirit, and the awesome landscape. Nine years later in 1999, I left behind the Maui lifestyle and the hectic pace to change my life and make the Big Island my permanent home.
As a former Administrative Manager with an Associate in Arts degree in Business Administration from the Maui Community College, I have a long history of knowing the ins and outs of running a business. Since arriving here I have been steadily exploring, learning and challenging myself. Seeking to improve my skills with the goal of helping others, I earned my way into the Real Estate business.
I bring all my knowledge and expertise in Business Administration to my practice of Real Estate. Having this as part of my background is extremely helpful, especially when it comes to reviewing purchase contracts and closing documents related to property ownership...I really enjoy going over the contracts with clients to make sure everything is just right. I move paperwork through like clockwork and I enjoy combing through the fine print. I strongly believe that when you take the time to be thorough and detailed, you always come out a winner.
